You may have seen the item that Hyram was nominated for Instrumentalist of the Year for 2018 Josie Music Awards Show. For many years now, Hyram as been working with local musicians in the studio, on the road and behind the scenes helping them get songs recorded, playing live gigs, writing and producing music.

In the last part of 2018, some of Hyram’s original songs hit high on the Nashville charts. Both Equinox and Skinnerback (found here) did well in local markets.

This year Hyram is scheduled to appear on some more nomination lists. Here’s what we have so far:

• Nominated for “Instrumentalist of the Year” of the Year” for the Academy of Western Artists Awards Show in Fort Worth, Texas on March 14th.
• Nominated to be inducted into the Northwest Western Swing Music Hall of Fame later this year.
